ASSISTANT ATHLETIC DIRECTOR FOR MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS

Oversee the marketing and promotions for the University of San Diego's Department of Athletics, which includes 17 NCAA Division I athletic teams. Directly manage all marketing activities, including the budgets for the marketing and communications office, digital media, content and strategy, advertising, ticket sales, in-game promotions, community partnerships, and sponsorship implementation. Serve as the primary contact for all marketing inquiries from the off-campus community and on-campus liaison for internal departments (Campus Life, Communications, Development, Educational Units, Auxillary Services: Concessions, Alumni Relations), including attending bi-monthly marketing University-wide marketing meetings serving as the Athletics Department representative. Oversee and implement all brand standards in conjunction with the University Marketing and Communications team and Auxilary Services department, Oversee and create all digital signage in athletic venues, facility graphics, and managing all athletic specific marks, including updating and implementation. Maintain relationships with external vendors for all significant marketing projects (promotions products, printing, community groups). Manage, train, and hire all marketing staff, interns, and spirit team coaches, student workers (work-study and non-work study).

Supervise all marketing interns and student workers.
